Zerto DRaaS Provider
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) powered by Zerto protects your virtualized workloads from data loss and downtime. It also offers a variety of configurations with failover to private, multicloud, and public cloud services in the event of a disaster.

Minimize Data Loss and Downtime
Protect your applications and data from natural disasters and other disruptions. Deliver strong SLAs and guaranteed availability for production uptime and data center components. This includes power systems, HVAC systems, and managed bandwidth with redundant connections means your data will keep running.
Maintain Security and Compliance for Critical Systems
Keeping your data and systems secure can be a challenge. Additionally, many organizations have regulatory requirements around data and infrastructure and must comply with standards for production environments as well as recovery environments.
Reduce Complexity in Hybrid Resiliency
Leveraging hybrid IT environments with both physical servers and public or private cloud environments is the new normal. It can be difficult to achieve a uniform, synchronized recovery, and the complexity of different cloud environments makes it more difficult. It is important to find a solution that can replicate, failover, and failback data without complications or snags.
How It Works
TierPoint’s cloud-to-cloud DRaaS solution, powered by the Zerto’s IT Resiliency Platform, delivers recovery point objectives (RPOs) and recovery time objectives (RTOs) with fully orchestrated disaster recovery and backup — all running on the infrastructure of your choice.
DRaaS protects your virtualized production environments. It also allows rapid failover to an enterprise-class cloud, such as:
- a TierPoint private or multitenant cloud platform
- a subscription DR plan
- or a hyperscale (public) cloud such as Azure or AWS
Zerto Names TierPoint “2024 MSP of the Year”
Zerto has again named TierPoint as the “Managed Service Provider (MSP) of the Year,” recognizing the company’s leadership in total VMs protected, revenue, and growth.

Recovery options are built to fit your needs. Clients can failover to a TierPoint private or multitenant cloud environment or to a public cloud like AWS or Azure.
TierPoint’s DRaaS powered by Zerto offers financially backed RTO SLAs with recovery time measured in minutes. Reach out to our team for more information.
TierPoint works with our clients to build out a DRaaS playbook. The playbook is a document provided by TierPoint that outlines the protection plan, servers under protection, boot order, and any other information that is needed to guide TierPoint and the client with a successful test and/or failover.
All our facilities are audited under SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 2 + HITRUST, GLBA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST SP 800-53 rev 4 annually, ISO 27001 certified, as well as ITAR and EU-US Privacy Shield registered.
Clients can select self-service or fully managed DRaaS to meet their unique needs.
Backed by Zerto technologies, you will always have a clean copy of your data as part of your disaster recovery solution. Your data is protected with Continuous Data Protection (CDP) always-on replication and journals deliver point-in-time recovery with seconds of granularity.
With DRaaS clients experience non-disruptive testing that can be executed in the background without impacting production applications. With our managed service offering, we provide DR testing during the implementation phase, and annually throughout the life of the service in order to verify that servers are properly replicating and protected. Additional tests can be purchased and coordinated as required.
In the event of an actual disaster, an authorized contact should reach out to the TierPoint EOC to declare a disaster. Depending on your support model, work will begin on the recovery process as documented in the client playbook.
