Our new St. Louis data center is currently under development and will be part of one of the largest and most geographically diversified footprints in the nation, improving proximity and access for you and your users. This state-of-the-art facility will be strategically located, with access to utility power and fiber routes, making it ideal for large-scale, high-density colocation services essential for AI and other GPU-accelerated workloads.
High Performance
This new purpose-built facility will be part of our nationwide network of data centers that promise guaranteed exceptional performance and low-latency connections to support the most demanding workloads. Additionally, this TierPoint location will be connected via DWDM to two data centers in the region, St. Louis-Millpark and St. Louis-Olive, further reinforcing its dense connectivity and service capabilities.
Strategic Location
With a low corporate income tax rate, Missouri is recognized for its low costs and pro-business environment. The state incentivizes the building and expansion of data centers with sales and use tax exemptions. The low risk of several types of natural disasters in the region also leads many businesses to locate data centers here.
